Our client, a renowned main contractor firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Senior M&E Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects, covering feasibility, design, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to review designs and value engineering proposals.
- Support sourcing, tender evaluation, and appointment of consultants and contractors.
- Review M&E designs, shop drawings, and proposals for compliance, functionality, and operational efficiency.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to improve project outcomes and profitability.
- Manage project delivery, budgets, defects, and long-term asset replacement planning.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).
- Solid experience in MEP construction planning, equipment installation, and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction technologies, and quality/safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and coordinate with consultants/contractors.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on cost, quality, and productivity.

- Working hours: 5 Days
- Salary: up to S$11,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
