M&E Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and interfacing/M&E documents and drawings
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
• Supervise the progress of works on site

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recognized by Singapore PE Board)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
• Proficient in BIM and AutoCAD
