Job Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and manpower/resources required for M&E works.
- Coordinate with project teams (architects, engineers, contractors) to ensure integrated execution of M&E systems.
- Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
- Track the progress of M&E works, identify potential delays, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Address any issues or delays promptly to ensure the project stays on schedule.
- Work with architects, engineers, project managers, and other teams to solve technical problems and ensure M&E systems fit well with other building components.
- Proactively identify technical issues, resolve conflicts, and find solutions to challenges during the project execution.
- Ensure the timely resolution of any technical problems that arise in M&E systems.
- Lead test, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
- Ensure all M&E installations and systems meet with Singapore regulatory requirements and project specifications.
- Supervise and manage M&E staff, technicians, and contractors.
- Experience with tight schedules and complex projects.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in M&E Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience in the Building / Construction / Interior Design Industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Proficient in AUTOCAD/BIM, design integration
- Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively
- Strong Organizational, Project Management, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Local working experience needed.
