Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee M&E works to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Lead and guide site teams (M&E, structural, architectural) to meet project specifications and client requirements.
- Review and ensure timely submission/approval of shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
- Monitor project progress, handle variation orders, conduct inspections, and address issues during construction and DLP.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with main contractors or subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge in M&E works for condominiums, commercial buildings, data centres, and AEI projects.
- Experience in consultancy, design, or estimation is an advantage.
