- Position : M&E Manager (Building Construction//Main contractor)
- Location : Office at Changi | Project Site to be confirmed
- Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8am to 5pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate M&E services to ensure project milestones are met within the programme timeline
- Collaborate with clients and consultants to resolve technical issues and align project requirements
- Coordinate detailed M&E work with specialist contractors to ensure seamless integration and execution
- Participate actively in progress, site, and MEP meetings to track project status and address challenges
- Enforce compliance with relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations on site
- Monitor and ensure the quality of M&E works meets project specifications and safety standards
- Liaise with statutory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project objectives
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in A1 / A2 Main Contractor Company
- Strong knowledge and proactive attitude towards workplace safety
- Ability to liaise effectively with statutory authorities
- Certificate in WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites
- Certificate in WSQ Manage Work At Height
