Job Summary
Lead and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering activities for construction projects in Singapore, driving successful project delivery through strategic planning, coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct all M&E engineering activities throughout construction projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the commissioning of M&E systems to meet project specifications and operational standards
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors to enforce quality control and safety compliance on site
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and actionable insights to management
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and project managers to identify and resolve technical challenges
- Ensure all M&E works comply with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality frameworks such as CONQUAS and QM
- Prepare comprehensive M&E documentation, detailed reports, and progress updates to support project transparency and decision-making
- Utilize Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other M&E design tools to enhance project design and execution
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related discipline (PE Board-recognized preferred)
- Minimum 3-4 years of M&E engineering experience in Singapore
- Proven ability to manage full project cycles, preferably in commercial construction projects

- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by managing cross-functional teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals
- Organizational skills applied to coordinate multiple project activities and resources efficiently
- Project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver M&E engineering projects within scope, time, and budget
