Roles & Responsibilities

JOB SCOPE

Responsible for executing the company projects in mechanical & electrical works in building construction which covers:

. Review project specifications and technical clarifications

. Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies

. Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

. Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

. Ensure timely and smooth progress of works

. Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with

. Ensure project activities complied with the Company's ISO system

JOB REQUIREMENTS

. NTC/Diploma/Degree Holders

. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of M & E works in building/warehouse construction

. Use of Autocad would be an advantage

. Proficient in using Microsoft Office

. Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
