Job Summary
Support the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating MEP services to ensure timely completion, quality compliance, and effective stakeholder communication on Singapore construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services to meet project timelines
- Communicate progress and coordinate work with clients and consultants to ensure alignment and issue resolution
- Participate actively in progress, site, and MEP meetings to track project status and address challenges
- Interpret and apply main contract and sub-contract requirements to guide project execution
- Review and align mechanical and electrical design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines
- Manage M&E sub-contractors by monitoring work progress, reviewing drawings, approving materials and samples, and overseeing method statement submissions
- Ensure M&E works are executed strictly according to approved specifications and drawings
- Oversee timely completion of testing and commissioning activities to meet project deadlines
- Monitor and enforce high-quality workmanship standards on site
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Positive attitude and effective teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Environmental Engineering, or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Singapore construction projects
