M & E Coordinator

Job Description

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Prepare methold statments and check drawing discrepancies
• Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Carry out inspections when required to ensure proper quality checks and safety regulations are compiled
• To coordinate M & E meetings and daily briefing at site

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM Software is an added advantage
• Understand local construction by law
