Coordinate with M&E consultant and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) on project to ensure compliance with M&E Specifications and achieve quality aspect of M&E works
Coordinate with M&E sub-contractors and supervise M&E site installation works
Prepare and manage MEP clearances in accordance with signed-off Final CCSM
Attend System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) Coordination Meetings and communicate with construction team for smooth execution of site installation works.
Understand existing BIM (Revit) and edit BIM model in detail upon request
Assist Archi and M&E Manager on tasks assigned
Requirement:
Diplomain Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Min. 5 years relevant working experience, preferably with LTA MRT experience
Understand M&E specifications/drawings/scope/sequence of work
