M & E Coordinator

Job Description

. Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation for all related M & E works

. Coordinate with Client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on all technical matters and provide all M & E related resolutions with documentation, where required

. Review project specifications and technical clarifications

. Prepare method statements and check drawings discrepancies, defects inconsistencies in construction drawings

. Monitor progress of works and troubleshoot issues on site

. Ensure quality of M & E workmanship and compliance with safety and environmental requirements

. Possess growth mindset and positive attitude

. Thrive well in a culture which focuses on teamwork, able to support one another and not calculative

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

. Minimum 3 years work experience in M & E related roles in New Build / R & R / A & A projects

. Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility

. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with relevant site people to execute work

. Ability to work independently and under pressure
