M&E Coordinator / Engineer - Main Contractor
Location: Novena

Employment Type: Full-Time, Executive Level
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (local construction industry)
Salary Range: $3,000 - $6,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works on-site.
• Manage and liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely progress of works.
• Review and ensure M&E works comply with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards, including:

1. Electrical systems
2. ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation)
3. Plumbing & Sanitary systems
4. Fire Protection systems

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, codes of practice, and safety standards.
• Arrange, prepare, and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.
• Coordinate with authorities for approvals, inspections, and commissioning of works.
• Participate in site meetings, providing updates and resolving technical issues.
• Assist the project team in troubleshooting, resolving site challenges, and driving project milestones.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
