We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized M&E Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the M&E Engineer and ensuring the smooth execution of M&E works on our construction projects.
Job Description
- To provide information and assist the Site Quantity Surveyor to prepare the work-in-progress claims and variation works.
- To always check the structural drawings and architectural drawings together with the M&E drawings for coordination and resolve conflict / problems.
- To ensure that M&E sub-contractors are issued a set of relevant structural and architectural drawings for their preparation of their shop drawings and issue any subsequent amendment drawings, sketches or information
- To liaise with sub-contractors on such discrepancies in their drawings and then inform the consultants and Project
- Manager on regular basis and follow up action until resolved.
- To monitor and control the progress of M&E subcontractors so that they do not delay the works of trades others and vice versa.
- To liaise with M&E sub-contractors on production of structural penetration drawings and cast-in items and inform the Project Engineer of such provision at technical meetings
