Lead coordination and management of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) installation and system requirements for LTA projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across design, construction, and subcontractor teams to deliver timely and quality outcomes.
Manage and supervise in-house E&M subcontractors to ensure shop drawings and services are coordinated effectively, supporting proper sequencing and installation quality
Proactively identify and resolve coordination issues to minimize delays and maintain project progress
Preferred Competencies And Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Specialist Diploma in M&E coordination
Experience of 3-5 years in LTA projects M&E coordination within local construction firms or LTA-MRT projects
Demonstrated independence, self-motivation, and proactive problem-solving attitude with a positive approach
