M&E Coordinator/Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Review project specifications and technical clarifications.

Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client, consultants and sub-contractors.

Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.

Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.

Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission.

Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.

Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in main-con, preferably in HDB project.
