Job Description:

• Preparation of tender submission and analysis
• Assist in cost estimation and quantity measurement
• To workout cost estimation or budgetary cost on electrical & mechanical services.
• To prepare and submit the quotation, tender documents
• Prepare monthly progress claim, variation orders, final accounts and payments for suppliers/sub-contractors.
• To maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
• All other QS related jobs

Requirements:-
. Degree or diploma in quantity surveying / Electrical engineering.
. Minimum 2 years of experience in Residential & Commercial projects
. Proficient in computer skills and MS office
. Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
. Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
