Job Summary
Lead construction site operations and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule adherence while managing stakeholder communications and procurement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all site activities and supervise field teams to maintain quality and safety standards throughout project execution
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet contract specifications
- Coordinate effectively with clients, builders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to align project goals and resolve issues
- Monitor work progress and deliver regular, detailed updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
- Prepare accurate progress reports, payment claims, safety reports, and material purchase requests to support project administration
- Manage maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of all required tasks
- Handle procurement of materials, parts, and equipment to maintain project continuity and quality
- Conduct site surveys and maintain comprehensive project documentation for compliance and reference
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (optional)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project to support project planning and reporting
- Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude to foster a productive work environment
