Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate M&E services work, collaborating with various departments to achieve project schedules. Handle project supervision and maintain comprehensive documentation. Engage with subcontractors and consultants for method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress. Attend progress, site, and project meetings as required. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations. Participate in overall project planning and scheduling for M&E works. Manage any additional duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in A&A and projects related to office buildings is preferred.
