M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating M&E services work, collaborating with multiple departments to achieve project schedules. Handle project supervision and maintain thorough documentation. Engage and liaise with sub-contractors and consultants for submissions including method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress. Attend progress meetings and site visits as required. Ensure compliance with established standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations. Contribute to overall project planning and scheduling for M&E works. Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. Preference for candidates with experience in Addition and Alteration (A&A) projects, especially in relation to office buildings.
