- Coordinating M & E matters on site toensure works are in accordance withcontract specs and drawings andregulations
- Source, Liaise and Coordinate with M & Esubcontractors or procurement of M & Eequipments.
- Liaise with clients and consultants on workprogressAssist to prepare M &E program andsubmission schedule
- Coordinate with other trades to ensuresmooth work progressAssist contract department on tenders,progress claim and VO submission
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Minimum 3 years related local experience
- Positive, mature and self-motivated
- Willing to learn and take up challenges
