Our client is a highly reputable multinational conglomerate. They are seeking to hire a dynamic M&A Associate to join their team.

The Role


This role involves a hands-on approach to all aspects of corporate transactions, from mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to investments and joint ventures. You'll leverage financial modeling and valuation techniques to assess companies and markets. Research skills are key as you analyze potential targets and prepare compelling proposals for management. Due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation are also part of the process, ensuring transactions run smoothly. Fundraising support, both for equity and debt, strengthens your contribution. Beyond deal execution, you'll collaborate with management to craft long-term strategies and actively support portfolio companies. This includes monitoring key performance metrics and suggesting improvements. Building a strong network within private equity (PE) and investment banking (IB) is essential for deal sourcing and staying ahead of the curve.

Your Profile


To excel in this role, you'll have a Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or ACCA and a CPA/ CA with the following related experiences

• At least 2- 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Big 4 or Investment Banking
• Proven experience with Financial Analysis and Financial modelling.
• Strong working experience with M&A and Corporate finance including due diligence, corporate advisory and deal closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
