[What the role is]
Deputy /Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications[What you will be working on]
As part of the team, you will help to communicate land transport policies, projects and initiatives to the public in a clear and accessible way to strengthen understanding of LTA's work, and increase our connection with the public.
We are looking for a dynamic, people-centred communicator who can plan and execute initiatives that support the larger strategy for our Friends of Land Transport Programme. This will require stakeholder engagement, community building and an ability to connect to people from different walks of life.
In this role, you will also contribute to content development, corporate branding and other aspects of marketing.
Manage and Organise Initiatives for the Friends of Land Transport Programme
.Develop projects, events and activities to attract, onboard and engage advocates from diverse backgrounds.
.Identify and build relationships with partners and groups.
.Organise engagement sessions, workshops and other events.
.Oversee budget, vendor management and event delivery.
Drive Communications and Outreach Projects
.Content development for publications, and internal communications.
.Support corporate branding efforts and ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
.Provide accurate advice and support to internal departments and help shape organisation-wide narratives.
[What we are looking for]
.Knowledge in Communications, Marketing or related fields.
.At least 2 years relevant experience in communications, marketing or related work
.Good writing, editing, interpersonal and presentation skills
.An energetic team player who is self-motivated and able to work independently
.Experience planning activities, managing projects, budget planning or procurement would be advantages.
.Strong people and relationship-building skills.
.Clear, confident communicator in both writing and speaking.
.Organised, proactive and able to manage own timelines.
.Curious, creative and open to new ideas.
.Purpose-driven and enjoys working with the community.
