Job Summary
Support and execute integrated communications, digital content, and marketing initiatives to enhance outreach and engagement, while managing media relations and branding.
Coordinate programmes, events, and budgets to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and effective delivery of communications efforts.
Responsibilities
Communications Planning
- Develop and execute integrated communications plans across media, social, and digital platforms
- Ensure alignment with organisational and whole-of-government messaging
Social Media & Digital
- Manage social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, Telegram)
- Create, schedule, and monitor content to grow engagement and reach
Editorial & Publications
- Develop content (e.g. Annual Report) with vendors and stakeholders
- Ensure content is engaging and aligned with branding
Branding & Marketing
- Support marketing campaigns and produce collateral (videos, infographics, etc.)
- Maintain brand consistency and explore wider promotion opportunities
Media Management
- Draft press releases, media materials, and briefing notes
- Monitor media coverage and recommend responses when needed
Programme & Event Support
- Coordinate programme reports and verify invoices
- Assist with event logistics (registration, attendance, coordination)
Budget & Governance
- Support procurement and budget tracking
- Ensure compliance with policies and proper use of resources
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Degree in Communications, Marketing or Project Management
- Good organisational & time management skills

- Location: Lavender
- Working Schedule: Mon - Thu (8.30am - 6pm) Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- $20 - $25/hr
