Key Responsibilities
Events, Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement
- Plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of medium to large-scale events and engagement activities, including conferences, workshops, seminars, webinars, roadshows, networking sessions, industry engagements and international visits.
- Support the planning and delivery of the company's 10th Anniversary programmes and other major organisational events.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, partners and sponsors to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, procurement processes, timelines and post-event reporting.
- Develop engagement opportunities with local and international stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and visibility within the HPC, AI and research communities.
Communications, Marketing and Publicity
- Develop, create and maintain high-quality communications and marketing content across multiple channels, including website content, newsletters, social media platforms, corporate publications and marketing collateral.
- Support marketing and publicity activities through the development of corporate collaterals, presentations, success stories, feature articles and publicity materials, media releases and speeches.
- Assist in implementing marketing and outreach campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of the company's capabilities and services.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify and promote impactful stories that highlight research and innovation outcomes enabled by the company
Department Operations and Administration
- Support day-to-day department operations, including meeting coordination, report preparation, minutes-taking, procurement administration, finance and procurement administration and stakeholder management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications, marketing and engagement activities using relevant metrics and analytics.
- Maintain awareness of developments in supercomputing, AI, research and innovation, as well as emerging communications and event management best practices.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Events Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in events management, corporate communications, marketing, public relations, stakeholder engagement or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in organising and managing corporate events, conferences, workshops, exhibitions or large-scale stakeholder engagements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop content and tailor messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, researchers, government agencies, industry partners and international stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Experience in the public sector environment in technology, research or innovation will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, website content management systems and analytics tools will be a bonus.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent tools will be beneficial.
