Job Description
The Marketing Executive supports the delivery of key marketing initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. This role focuses on analysing market performance, coordinating projects, and executing campaigns to help achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate market and sales performance data to assess brand positioning against competitors.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, including competitor activities, product launches, and pricing trends across key markets.
- Plan, localise, and execute creative assets for integrated campaigns, including television and digital marketing content.
- Coordinate and implement social media and influencer initiatives to enhance brand presence.
- Work with agencies to conceptualise and produce point-of-sale materials (POSM) for offline activations.
- Support regional below-the-line (BTL) marketing efforts aimed at driving brand awareness and sales growth.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of new launches.
- Oversee packaging artwork updates, working closely with distributors and internal stakeholders to meet rollout timelines.
- Prepare trade marketing materials and presentation kits for campaigns and product launches.
- Track and assess campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve return on investment.
- Assist with the development of monthly reports, annual marketing plans, and presentations for management review.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing Executive should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
