Low-Code Engineer

Required Skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 35 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:

- Power Apps

Power Pages

• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online configuration and solution design, including modern sites, lists, permissions, and integration with the Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or other AI-powered workflow and automation tools.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for customizing Power Pages themes and functionality.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL and/or Dataverse, including tables, relationships, and security roles.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in Power Platform, including:
• Managed and unmanaged solutions
• Environment strategy
• Deployment pipelines
• Git-based source control
• Understanding of security, identity, and access management within Microsoft 365 (Azure AD / Entra ID, role-based access control, Row-Level Security).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and produce clear technical documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to plugins, integrations, data integrity, and platform limitations.
• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, PL-900, PL-300).
• Experience delivering solutions in Public Sector environments is an advantage.
