Low-Code Engineer (Power Platform & SharePoint Online)
Key Responsibilities:
. Design, develop, and deploy Power Pages portals with authentication, forms, Dataverse, and roles/permissions.
. Build Power BI reports, optimize data models, and implement role-based access.
. Develop Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate flows for business automation.
. Configure and customize SharePoint Online (sites, lists, permissions, modern pages).
. Integrate Power Platform with Dataverse, Azure services, and external connectors.
. Follow governance and ALM best practices (Solutions, environments, deployment pipelines).
. Ensure security, compliance, and performance (DLP, tuning).
. Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and provide support (L2/L3).
Required Skills & Experience:
. 5+ yrs hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
. Strong SharePoint Online configuration and solutioning skills.
. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot / AI-powered workflow tools.
. Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for Power Pages theming.
. Experience with Microsoft SQL and/or Dataverse.
. Understanding of ALM, CI/CD, Git, and Microsoft 365 security.
. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
. Relevant Power Platform certifications are a plus (e.g., PL-200, PL-300, PL-400).
. Public sector experience is an advantage.
