Roles & Responsibilities: -- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Build and optimize workflows, automations, and integrations using Power Automate and related tools.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional low-code solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Platform applications.
- Maintain proper documentation and participate in code reviews and testing.
- Support future initiatives involving low-code/no-code platforms and automation projects.
Skills & Requirements: -- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in application development using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proficiency in Power Platform connectors, Dataverse, and integration with Microsoft 365 or third-party systems.
- Understanding of low-code/no-code application design principles and UI/UX best practices.
- Knowledge of PowerFx formulas, SQL, and basic scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
