As a Low Code Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using leading low code/no code platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps). You'll leverage automation, AI, and integration capabilities to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms such as ServiceNow, OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, or similar tools.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, collaborating closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes, including AI-driven automation and virtual agent enablement.
- Integrate applications with external systems (LDAP, Microsoft Entra, Teams, Genesys, Azure AD, SCCM, etc.).
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure applications meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and support materials.
- Deliver live demos and proofs of concept for enterprise clients, showcasing solution capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to deliver high-quality applications.
Experience & Skills Needed
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on low code/no code platforms (ServiceNow preferred OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, etc. also valued).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SPM) and automation tools (Flow Designer, Orchestration, IntegrationHub, AI Workflows).
- Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies (TDD, Pair Programming, Scrum, CI/CD).
- Proven experience developing and deploying applications with minimal coding.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, DB2).
- Experience integrating with APIs and enterprise systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
