Job Description

As a Low Code Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using leading low code/no code platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps). You'll leverage automation, AI, and integration capabilities to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms such as ServiceNow, OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, or similar tools.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, collaborating closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes, including AI-driven automation and virtual agent enablement.
  • Integrate applications with external systems (LDAP, Microsoft Entra, Teams, Genesys, Azure AD, SCCM, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure applications meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and support materials.
  • Deliver live demos and proofs of concept for enterprise clients, showcasing solution capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to deliver high-quality applications.

Experience & Skills Needed

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on low code/no code platforms (ServiceNow preferred OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, etc. also valued).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SPM) and automation tools (Flow Designer, Orchestration, IntegrationHub, AI Workflows).
  • Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies (TDD, Pair Programming, Scrum, CI/CD).
  • Proven experience developing and deploying applications with minimal coding.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, DB2).
  • Experience integrating with APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
