Low Code Engineer

Role Overview

• DBiz.ai is seeking a motivated Low-Code Engineer to support client digital transformation projects by designing, building, deploying, and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
• This role offers hands-on exposure to application development, process automation, and emerging digital capabilities, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support applications, workflow automations, and digital solutions using:
• Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies.
• Analyse business requirements to:
• Identify opportunities for digitisation and process improvement
• Translate requirements into effective low-code solutions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining:
• Applications, workflows, integrations, dashboards, data models, and reusable solution components (under guidance of senior team members).
• Conduct testing and delivery support:
• Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide operational support for deployed solutions.
• Support implementation of non-functional requirements in delivered solutions:
• ICT security, data governance, privacy, accessibility, and application lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners, while maintaining:
• Technical, operational, and user documentation.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Tertiary education qualification in a related discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
• Sound understanding of:
• Application development concepts, databases, data structures, UI design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one low-code/no-code platform via:
• Academic projects, internships, personal projects, or work experience (application/workflow automation experience is advantageous).
• Familiarity with configuring:
• Workflows, business rules, user interfaces, permissions, and basic data integrations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Exposure to digital solution development, automation platforms, business applications, data analytics tools, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as:
• Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, Copilot, Power BI, SharePoint.
• Knowledge of:
• Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Integration with enterprise systems through REST APIs.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to document work clearly.
• Exposure to:
• Source control tools (e.g., Git), Agile delivery practices, ALM, CI/CD concepts.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications and practical project experience (portfolio apps, hackathons, internships, etc.) demonstrating technical capability.
