Supervise & lead a team of Logistics Coordinators, Logistics Assistants and Material Technicians on receiving, kitting, replenishment and shipping activities.
Take lead in daily tasks allocation and manpower resource planning.
Investigate and follow-up on all non-conformances, damaged cargo surveys and recommend corrective actions.
Supervise daily transport to ensure timely delivery/collection arrangement.
Liaise with forwarding agents and transport companies to ensure timely uplift for on-time delivery.
Maintain and administrate shipping documents inclusive of Airway Bill, Customs Permit, Delivery Order, Packing List and Commercial Invoice per audit and MES requirements.
Drive on time delivery through receiving, shipping and cycle count accuracy.
Demonstrates compliance to EHS requirements, ensure good housekeeping in the work area.
Requirement
Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years warehousing experience with supervisory experience.
