  • Inbound coordination: arrange deliveries from suppliers, book receiving slots, check PO/DO, handle discrepancies/damages, and follow up on backorders.
  • Outbound fulfillment: process sales orders, create pick/pack lists, schedule courier/lorry, prepare delivery documents, and ensure OTIF (on-time, in-full).
  • Inventory control: monitor stock levels, reconcile system vs physical stock, manage cycle counts/stocktakes, investigate variances, and reduce shrinkage.
  • Warehouse operations: coordinate picking/packing standards, carton labeling, palletizing, storage location control, and improve layout/workflow.
  • Transport & 3PL coordination: liaise with forwarders, couriers, and 3PL warehouses on lead times, claims, service levels, and rate comparisons.
  • Shipping & export/import documents (if applicable): prepare/verify commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, HS codes, and coordinate customs clearance.
  • Returns & reverse logistics: manage customer returns, exchange/credit processes, RTV to suppliers, and quarantine/expiry handling.
  • Systems & reporting: update ERP/WMS, track KPIs (delivery performance, accuracy, inventory days), and produce daily/weekly operations reports.
  • Cost & process improvement: optimize delivery routes/packaging, reduce logistics cost, improve SOPs, and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
  • Compliance & safety: follow SOPs for workplace safety, storage requirements, and (where relevant) regulated items handling.

Requirements

  • Min 1 year of experience in distribution or supply chain industry.
  • Have forklift licence.
  • Physically fit and healthy
