Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Communicate with customer and resolve any problems occurred
2. Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of inventory
3. Ensure system inventories and inventory report are accurate and well maintained
4. Ensure all shipments are delivered on time
5. Ensure all shipment and inventories are billed timely and accurately
6. Continuous operation and service improvement
7. Perform any task assigned by Superior.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience will be advantageous
• Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer Service oriented
