Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Booking with carriers of ISO tanks and FCL and Prepare PM4 (DG declaration) to shipping carrier for approval of DG status and monitor for DG approval
2. Allocate ISO tanks for export shipment, arrange trucking, liaise with hauliers and depot on tanks/container movements
3. Prepare HBL draft, shipping certificate, Certificate of Origin draft for Customer checking and approval and issue original set upon customer confirmation
4. Prepare MBL draft to be submitted to shipping carrier
5. Declare of export permit for submission to shipping carrier
6. Correspondence and send pre-alerts to overseas offices/agents
7. Check, ensure & input vendor's invoice in system prior to end month
8. Weekly monitoring returning of import reposition ISO tanks and send weekly tanks report to customer
9. Arrange payment and trucking for Import empty ISO tanks from PSA port to Depot for storage

Requirements

• Relevant work experience will be advantageous
• Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer Service oriented
