Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor export console planning for overseas offices or agents.
2. Perform system mapping & verify documents once confirm and prepare of pre-alert for manifest.
3. Work closely with warehouse/vendor for trucking and stuffing.
4. Arrange for payment based on carrier billing and declaration of clearance permit
5. Declaration of DG Application and Final PM4, good acknowledgment on MSDS.
6. Update import origin offices the transshipment cargo connecting vessel details once there are any changes.
7. Place booking with co-loader
8. Together submit to the co-loader the necessary documentation and pre-alert destination offices once ready.
9. Perform Profit & Loss analysis for export containers and send out/take in the billing from/to offices.
10. Close file within the time frame given in SOP.
11. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant experience is an advantage fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service oriented
