Job Description:
Japan Logistics Daily Operations
- Manage daily logistics operations in Japan and monitor shipment flow and operational status from Japan to SEA and LATAM(Latin America) markets
- Identify operational issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
Vendor Communication & Coordination
- Maintain daily communication with logistics vendors in Japan regarding operational matters
- Follow up on vendor performance and operational issues
Internal & Cross-team Coordination
- Coordinate with the regional logistics team on operational updates and issue resolution
- Work closely with the JP team for logistics-related coordination
Platform Communication
- Manage operational announcements and communications to JP sellers and buyers on behalf of the Shopee platform
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear and timely communication of operational updates
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or supply chain operations
- Basic understanding of cross-border e-commerce and B2C logistics flow (air freight knowledge is a plus)
- Experience in daily operations coordination or vendor communication is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and follow up on daily logistics activities
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting
- Business-level English proficiency is required for communication with regional teams
- Business-level Korean proficiency is preferred for communication with regional teams
