Primary Responsibilities
- Support daily logistics and supply chain operations.
- Manage inventory records, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and monthly accruals.
- Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support audit, compliance, and governance activities.
Specific Responsibilities
- Process shipment and inventory transactions in SAP.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks and investigate discrepancies.
- Validate supplier invoices and coordinate payments.
- Maintain KPI reports and support business reviews.
- Monitor operational issues and escalate when necessary.
- Support quality incidents, claims, and corrective actions.
- Assist with logistics audits and certification activities.
- Provide first-level support for logistics system and master data enquiries.
Requirements
- Korean language proficiency preferred (TOPIKLevel 4-6 or equivalent), as the role requires regular communication and coordination with Korean-speaking stakeholders, including reading, writing, and interpretation of business-related materials.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
