Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure smooth day to day operation, coach and guide the others for timely shipment with error-free documentation
2. Create Guidelines and promote best practices for import/export operation
3. Seeking competitive freight from various airlines/co-loaders
4. Sourcing new quotation with co-loaders & airlines for better partnership
5. Ensure all the documentation is in place for audit & filing purpose
6. Ensure all DN & CN is well in place for billing purpose
7. Assist & guide customers on custom's declaration
8. Assist destination with gap & issue and resolve within timeframe given
9. Execution of AWB for daily import & export operation
10. Coordinate with customer regards to the cargo readiness/collection & arrangement
11. Any ad hoc allocated by superior

Requirements

• Relevant work experience will be advantageous
• Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer Service oriented
