Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Received booking request from customer & proceed to source for suitable sailing
2. Send schedule to customer & once confirm send to relevent party for boking & job file creation
3. Send booking confirmation to customer
4. Arrange for collection of cargoes/trucking of container
5. Inform team members on the docs to be generated
6. Prepare full set documents (Eg, BL, permit, COO, etc) and arrange for courier to the requested destination.
7. Coordinate in a timely manner with customer with minimum error
8. e-filling all the documents into the system

Requirements

• Relevant work experience will be advantageous
• Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer Service oriented
