Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle newly booked shipments, ensure documents are ready and accurate before vessel departure.
2. Full set of sea freight shipping documents (Eg, permits, BL, Shipping Certs, COO & PL)
3. Arrange payment voucher depending on tender and supplier
4. Keep vessel ETA/ETD updated on our records and also to keep customers informed in timely manner
5. Documents with LC details are to be on BL and printed with Original and send to bank for verification
6. Declare permits for DG and NON-DG cargoes making sure quantities, SOB values are correct
7. Generate Form AI, SICC certs, COO and also bank drafts are to be printed correctly following instructions before sending out
8. Submit VDP for every Bulk shipment with AA DG products
9. Any ad hoc allocated by superior

Requirements

• Relevant work experience will be advantageous
• Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer Service oriented
