Logistics Operations & Process Improvement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Improve logistics processes to increase productivity, capacity, quality, and cost efficiency
• Act as the main contact for logistics improvement projects
• Work with Operations, Industrial Engineering, and 3PL partners to improve performance
• Lead logistics projects and global initiatives
• Standardise logistics processes and best practices across sites
• Support new business and manufacturing setup from a logistics perspective
• Ensure logistics processes follow compliance standards
• Support audits and internal reviews
• Manage logistics risk and Business Continuity Plans
• Track and improve logistics performance using key metrics
• Create consistent reporting and dashboards
• Work with cross-functional teams and logistics providers to improve service and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing logistics service providers and driving process improvements
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and related functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
• Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC)
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Strong business acumen and influencing skills
