Responsbilities:
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory movements.
- Liaise with customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment fulfilment.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes, and timely system updates.
- Ensure all warehouse and shipping documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines.
- Support operational KPI achievement through effective planning, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Investigate and report shipment discrepancies, damages, or non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Guide and support warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in coordinating with transporters and customers is preferred.
- Good understanding of end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control).
- Familiar with inventory management systems / WMS / ERP and basic data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
- Knowledge of 5S, safety, and quality standards is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/logistics environment.
- Willing to work shift schedules, overtime, or weekends when required.
