As we continue to expand across Singapore and overseas markets, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive to support our growing supply chain and customer delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, customer deliveries, and installation scheduling.

  • Liaise with 3PL warehouses, delivery partners, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely operations.

  • Oversee warehouse activities such as receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment, packing, labeling, and returns handling.

  • Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues or customer complaints, and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.

  • Prepare and verify shipping, delivery, and import/export documentation.

  • Track logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports to support process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, operational SOPs, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines preferred.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

  • Experience in furniture, retail, home living, or B2C delivery environments will be an advantage.

  • Familiar with Singapore import/export procedures and shipping documentation.

  • Experience working with 3PL warehouses and last-mile delivery providers is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with WMS, ERP, or shipping/tracking systems.
