Job Summary
Responsible for order processing, inventory coordination, and shipment tracking, the Logistics Operations Executive ensures smooth and efficient logistics operations while supporting timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
. Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfilment, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders
. Coordinate with 3PL warehouses to streamline picking, packing, and shipment arrangements, improving on-time delivery performance
. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reducing stock discrepancies and ensuring sufficient stock availability to support order fulfilment
. Track and follow up on shipments, proactively resolving delays and improving delivery lead times to meet customer deadlines
. Prepare and verify shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, delivery orders) with high accuracy, minimizing documentation errors
. Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners(e.g., 3PL providers, freight forwarders, couriers) to ensure smooth operations
. Investigate and resolve logistics issues (e.g., damaged goods, short/over shipments), improving overall customer satisfaction
. Maintain accurate data in inventory systems, ensuring real-time visibility of stock and order status
. Support cycle counts and stock reconciliation to improve inventory accuracy
. Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
. Experience working with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers and shipment coordination is an advantage
. Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfilment processes
. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred
. Understanding of shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, delivery order) basic export knowledge is a plus
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications

Education and/or Experience:
. Minimum GCE A Level or a Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
. 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination (fresh graduates may be considered)
. Aviationi ndustry knowledge or experience is preferred
