Role Overview
The Logistics Operations Executive manages the movement, storage, and tracking of mobile phones and accessories across outlets and warehouse. The role ensures accurate inventory, timely replenishment, and secure handling of high-value electronic items.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate stock movement between warehouse and retail outlets
- Monitor inventory levels of mobile phones and accessories
- Plan and execute timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods (IMEI/serial tracking)
- Maintain accurate stock records in POS/ERP systems
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and stock transfer documents
- Track supplier shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Handle defective/returned items and coordinate replacements
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits
- Ensure proper storage, security, and handling of high-value items
- Liaise with sales team for demand forecasting and stock allocation
- Identify slow-moving stock and support clearance strategies
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in retail/logistics (mobile industry preferred)
- Familiarity with IMEI tracking and inventory systems
- Proficient in MS Excel and POS/Inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Good coordination and communication skills
Working Conditions
- Must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts
- Able to work extended hours during peak sales periods (e.g., promotions, festive seasons)

Preferred Qualifications
