Safely deliver products (e.g., spa supplies, beauty products, TCM items) to clients and outlets on time.
Verify delivery addresses, loading/unloading products with care, and ensuring delivery accuracy with supporting documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery orders).
Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and fuel savings.
Maintain a clean and well-functioning delivery vehicle, performing daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure).
Promptly report vehicle issues or delays to management.
Store Management
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization.
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of beauty, spa, and TCM products.
Manage store documentation, including stock records, invoices, and delivery orders.
Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients and resolve any inquiries or complaints professionally.
Conduct monthly stock-taking and report discrepancies to management.
Requirements
Valid Singapore driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in delivery driving and/or store management, preferably in the beauty, spa, or TCM industry.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
Physically fit to lift, load, and unload products.
Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
