Analyze and monitor logistics operations data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as delivery performance, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and service quality
Work closely with operations teams to optimize warehouse and transportation processes
Support demand forecasting, resource planning, and capacity utilization analysis
Assist in the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of logistics activities
Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues and recommend corrective actions
Support management in strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven insights
Job Requirements:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related fields
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or data analysis (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transport Management Systems (TMS) will be an advantage
