Job Summary

You will manage shipments across air, ocean, and road while working with other stakeholders to ensure seamless Blue end-to-end deliveries. As part of the team, you will play an integral role in supporting our full range of Transport & Logistics Services Air, Sea and General Logistics. Your Role
- Handling of Logistics for in-gauge shipments by air, ocean and road.
- Quoting, organizing, billing, documentation, operating and executing shipments from door to door(unless otherwise stated)
- Following up for rates and corresponding with various associates i.e. airlines, carriers, co-loaders, supplier, overseas offices/agents
- Maintaining and regularly validating all costs/pricing information from Co loader and other serviceproviders
- Communicating with all departments involved in completing quotations
- Performing other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
- Following ISO directions from the Company
- Acting safely always to ensure your own welfare and that of your fellow colleagues on the basis ofthe defined health &safety targets.
- Focusing on continuously reducing Blue Water's environmental impact on the basis of the defined environmental targets
Your Background
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in international logistics or freight forwarding preferred. Fresh graduates with strong interest in logistics are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of freight operations (air, ocean and road)
- Ability to represent the company and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to deal with stress and flexibility to work after office hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and perform effectively under time pressure
- Great team playerwith a collaborative attitude
- Good IT skills in Office365; familiarity with logistics system is an advantage
