Logistics Officer (Infineon)
Location: East Side (Singapore)
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time
Salary: Up to $2,500 per month

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to support daily logistics and warehouse operations at our client site, Infineon. You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient material movement, accurate documentation, and timely coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day logistics and warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and issuing materials
• Perform inventory control and stock reconciliation to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with production and planning teams for timely delivery of materials
• Update and maintain logistics records in system accurately
• Assist in continuous improvement of warehouse processes and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards within the warehouse

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary / NITEC qualification or equivalent
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Familiar with basic computer operations and inventory systems
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse operations

Working Hours

• Day Shift: 8:00am - 5:45pm (5 days)
• Mid Shift: 11:00am - 8:45pm (5 days)
• Night Shift: 8:00pm - 8:00am (4 days)
  May be required to work OT on the 5th day
