Job description:
The Logistics and Warehouse Manager is to lead and manage the Asia logistics team and manage the activities in the Warehouse. This team provides daily logistics and warehouse functions to enable OEMServices meeting all KPIs per contractual agreement. This position is to liaise with the Supply Chain Team, Account Managers and customers to ensure all deliveries are conducted on a timely and accurate basis. To coordinate and arrange AOG duties to support AOG functions and working closely with the AOG team in HQ (France). To contribute positively and innovatively to the customer service requirements, performs and exceeds customer expectations.
Main objectives are:
. Ensure OEMServices performance per KPIs and meeting all customer's requirements
. Lead, manage and guide the Asia logistics and warehouse team
. Optimize freight-forwarders and contractors work flow and cost
. Promote OEMServices Warehouse services and management
. Work closely with Supply Chain team, Account Managers and other functional groups to manage daily challenges ensuring customer needs are met,reducing shipment delays and improving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
. Ensure all logistics activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner
. Monitor AOG services and level of service and it is rendered at the highest standard
. Understand and meet ATA 300 standards
. Warehouse is kept clean, neat and in proper order all the time
. Safety procedures are adhered all the time and create an accident free environment
Including:
Operations Management:
. Develop operational processes and SOPs
. Develop and implement business process initiatives to optimize logistics/warehouse operations in accordance with overall business objectives.
. Prepare and organize operations in accordance with OEMServices Quality Guidelines
. Allocate and manage staff resources in the Logistics Teams according to changing needs.
. Lead, guide and provide clear directions to the members of the Logistics Team
. Ensure proper training of all Logistics staff on the usage of warehouse equipment
. Maintain up to date knowledge of warehousing/logistics best practices
. Monthly operational review with Account Managers,Logistics and Customer Services Teams to review and resolve all outstanding issues
. Ensure and manage operational storage and inventory to guarantee the highest availability rate of parts
. Manage 3rd party logistics service provider relationships effectively and drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement for warehousing and delivery operations
. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
. Implement process improvement initiatives
. Participating in IT improvement projects
Facility Management:
. Work with HQ and local facility management to ensure all warehouse regulations are met and assist in insurance audits
. Maintain and manage safety procedures and standards in compliance with the Company's quality standards and external regulations.

Quality:
. Support our process of continuous improvement with customers,vendors and providers
. Work in accordance to ISO9001 and AN/EN9120 standards
Regulation:
. Work alongside Supply Chain team and internal relevant departments to ensure custom rules are fulfilled.
. Manage license demands for export control
. Maintain and support MES implementation
Requirements:
Education
Diploma / Bachelor degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management / Related Fields.
Experience
Bachelor degree minimum 5years of proven experience as a Logistics/Inventory Management and Warehouse Manager in the Aviation/Aerospace industry (Diploma minimum 8-10 years)
Knowledge of applicable custom processes (Major Exporter Scheme, Customs Brokerage) and regulatory requirements (IATA) in Aviation industry is a plus.
Experience and/or knowledge in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
Record of successful distribution and logistics management
Familiar with Workplace safety and environmental factors.
